I do Grooming Appointments a little differently. Instead of dropping your pet off in the morning and picking them up later, I groom them while you wait. It takes about an hour, and you are welcome to watch!
It's much less stressful for your pet. They are in and out, not waiting all morning in a busy, loud shop for their turn.
